Investment Exhibition

An exhibition of investment projects and companies will take place in the Grande Bretagne Golden Rooms A & B. 

The Investment Exhibition is open to all conference participants, and is an excellent means of enhancing your networking capability with a team, equipment and other accessories (maps, brochures, TV screens, etc) in place. 

Each Exhibitor receives: 

  • An exhibition stand, comprising a conference table, 2-3 chairs and space for displaying for posters or banners 
  • Electricity outlets: Exhibitors may bring their own laptops or electronic media to demonstrate their projects
  • Conference passes for 4 participants 

All Exhibitors will receive additional promotion during the Conference, including: 

a. Participation in the business link programme

b. Mention in banners and Conference materials 

c. Mention and profiling on the Conference website

Each Exhibitor can also invite up to 50 free participants, who will be admitted free access to the Exhibition from 14:00 - 18:00. Please note that the free passes must be registered with the AIS Secretariat in advance, and do not provide access to the conference sessions or afternoon coffee break. 

The exhibition includes 20 booths. Each booth is priced at EUR 1,500 + VAT. This includes Conference Passes for 4 people. 

Athens Investment Summit Exhibitor Booth


The Investment Exhibition will take place in Rooms A & B, measuring 11 x 14 meters. Rooms C & D will be used for the Afternoon Thematic Sessions.

Each exhibition stand comprises a table and 3-4 chairs. The table dimensions are 1 m x 1.8 m.

Power outlets are provided.

The table lay-out is provisional: positioning along the far wall depends on window space. 

Stands 17-20 are reserved for Grand Sponsors.

Additional exhibition space is available in the Athenian and Royal Rooms.
